Welcome to the North Santiam Snowmobile Club

The First meeting of the North Santiam Snowmobile club was held on October 26, 1973 (at the old Idanha fire hall) with 26 members. Since then, the club holds monthly meetings, every 3rd Saturday of the month, from September through July with a summer BBQ held in June and July. We kick off the season in September with a Progressived Dinner. The club has grown to 130 members strong representing 19 different cities of Oregon. The North Santiam Snowmobile Club in cooperation with USFS Detroit Ranger District, has beautiful log cabin shelter in the McCoy Creek Winter Recreation area and groom approximately 60 miles of their trail system when the snow flies.
